Verlon Reed 2010 Quarterback/Safety ProspectA really nice quality video of Verlon Reed from Rivals.com. He showcases his speed on offense with numerous runs where he outruns defenders and gets to the edge for big gains. He shows a good arm on the short pass and a light touch for longer throws. Looks to be a little bit shorter than the reported 6’3” which could limit his scholarship offers. He did recently receive an offer from Ohio State in addition to offers from Kent State, Bowling Green, and Toledo. Ohio State is looking for an athlete more than a quarterback with their offer.
