  No 3 Ohio State v No 9 Indiana 2020

<p><a href="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-No-2-Ohio-State-v-Indiana-2020_C367-OhioStateIndiana_2.jpg"><img width="644" height="364" title="OhioStateIndiana" style="display: inline; background-image: none;" alt="OhioStateIndiana" src="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-No-2-Ohio-State-v-Indiana-2020_C367-OhioStateIndiana_thumb.jpg" border="0"></a></p><p>Who thought at the start of the Big Ten season that Indiana at Ohio State would be one of the biggest games of the season, probably nobody. But here we are with Ohio State coming into their fourth game against an Indiana team that is 4-0 and ranked nationally. The game is scheduled for Noon on Saturday November 21st with limited attendance but fans can watch on the Fox network. </p><h2>Ohio State Offense</h2><p><a href="https://brutusreport.com/articles/latest/latest-articles-detail/articleid/2955/justin-fields-is-moving-from-georgia-to-ohio-state" target="_blank">Justin Fields</a> has had a great start as many thought he would, going 72 for 83 (86.7%) passes leading to 908 yards with no interceptions and 11 touchdowns. He has also ran for 2 touchdowns. Helping fields is a great group of receivers including <a href="https://efilmroom.com/Video-Vault/Video-Vault-Details/articleid/2896" target="_blank">Chris Olave</a> and <a href="https://efilmroom.com/Video-Vault/Video-Vault-Details/ArticleId/2917/Ohio-State-Gets-Garrett-Wilson" target="_blank">Garrett Wilson</a>. They have 632 yards and 6 touchdowns combined. At <a href="https://escoutroom.com/eScoutRoom/Articles/Articles-Detail/ArticleId/2842/Tight-End-Jeremy-Ruckert-Commits-to-Ohio-State" target="_blank">tight-end Jeremy Ruckert</a> has 3 touchdowns already on 9 catches for 60 yards. </p><p><a href="https://escoutroom.com/eScoutRoom/Articles/Articles-Detail/ArticleId/2836/Master-Teague-III-Has-Chosen-OSU" target="_blank">Master Teague III</a> has also been solid this season rushing for 211 yards and 4 touchdowns. When the Buckeyes need to punch it in, Teague and the line have been able to do so. The Buckeye’s do not have a back as talented as JK Dobbins this year but the combo of Teague and <a href="https://fryingpansports.com/oklahoma-graduate-transfer-running-back-trey-sermon/" target="_blank">Trey Sermon</a> have been able to get what the team needs.</p><h2>Ohio State Defense</h2><p>Defensively, Ohio State needs to improve in coverage and in the pass rush. Without Chase Young they have looked to <a href="https://escoutroom.com/eScoutRoom/Articles/Articles-Detail/ArticleId/1640/Jonathon-Cooper-of-Lincoln-Gahanna-High-School" target="_blank">Jonathan Cooper</a> and <a href="https://brutusreport.com/articles/latest/latest-articles-detail/articleid/2952/ohio-state-snatches-zach-harrison-just-in-time-for-the-holidays" target="_blank">Zach Harrison</a> on the end, both who have been slowing starting to show that they can dominate a game. Quarterback <a href="https://iuhoosiers.com/sports/football/roster/michael-penix-jr-/14628" target="_blank">Michael Penix Jr</a> will have to have a great game for Indiana to keep it close. Ohio State is favored by 20.5 points, and that could be about right with Indiana scoring three times.</p><div class="feedflare">

Ohio State v Rutgers 2020 Preview

<p><a href="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-2-PO_C4B5-OhioStatevRutgers_2.jpg"><img width="644" height="340" title="OhioStatevRutgers" style="display: inline; background-image: none;" alt="OhioStatevRutgers" src="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-2-PO_C4B5-OhioStatevRutgers_thumb.jpg" border="0"></a></p><p>Ohio State (2-0) plays the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (1-1) at 7:30pm on Saturday in Ohio Stadium. With limited attendance, you can watch the Buckeyes on the <a href="https://btn.com/" target="_blank">Big Ten Network</a>. Rutgers was able to beat Michigan State and is considered much improved over prior seasons. <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greg_Schiano" target="_blank">Greg Schiano</a> has brought discipline to the program and the ability to compete with more talented teams. He even was able to pull in some talent from the area in addition to grabbing a couple transfers to enhance the group.</p><h2>Ohio State Offense 2020</h2><p>Ohio State should get a chance to play some young players in the 2nd half including freshman quarterbacks <a href="https://escoutroom.com/eScoutRoom/Articles/Articles-Detail/ArticleId/3028/Ohio-States-Class-of-2020-Early-Signing-Period" target="_blank">CJ Stroud</a> and <a href="https://brutusreport.com/Articles/Latest/Latest-Articles-Detail/ArticleId/2923/How-Jack-Miller-III-Emerges-As-The-2020-Ohio-Recruiting-Class-Secret-Weapon" target="_blank">Jack Miller III</a>. This will not affect Justin Field’s <a href="https://www.heisman.com/" target="_blank">Heisman</a> stats as he will rack up enough passes, touchdowns and yards in the first half that he will still be first place in the race for 2020.</p><p>The running game for Ohio State should have a good game with <a href="https://fryingpansports.com/oklahoma-graduate-transfer-running-back-trey-sermon/" target="_blank">transfer Trey Sermon</a> scoring for the first time this season. <a href="https://brutusreport.com/articles/latest/latest-articles-detail/articleid/2911/four-star-athlete-steele-chambers-joins-the-ohio-state" target="_blank">Steele Chambers</a> should also get a good number of carries and do well with those that he is given, similar to week 1 against Nebraska. If they get too run heavy, Rutgers has the ability to stuff some runs so OSU will need to keep the attack varied.</p><div class="feedflare">

  Ohio State #3 v Penn State #18 October 31st 2020

<p><a href="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-4827ed545276_EDE5-OhioStatePennState2020_2.jpg"><img width="388" height="484" title="OhioStatePennState2020" style="display: inline; background-image: none;" alt="OhioStatePennState2020" src="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-4827ed545276_EDE5-OhioStatePennState2020_thumb.jpg" border="0"></a></p><p>This week’s match-up between Ohio State and Penn State will be with limited in-person attendance at Beaver Stadium. You can watch the game on ABC at 7:30pm Saturday night.</p><h2>Last Week Indiana v Penn State</h2><p><a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/bigten/2020/10/24/indiana-upsets-penn-state-big-ten-opener-unlikely-comeback/6027241002/" target="_blank">Indiana upset Penn State</a> last weekend in overtime, although many feel Penn State is better than they performed in their first game of the season. <a href="https://brutusreport.com" target="_blank">Ohio State</a> is favored by 12 points after last weeks results. Quarterback <a href="https://twitter.com/seancliff14" target="_blank">Sean Clifford</a> led the team in rushing which is not ideal and the team was plague with errors in every aspect of the game.</p><h2>Ohio State Last Week</h2><p><a href="https://brutusreport.com/articles/latest/latest-articles-detail/articleid/2955/justin-fields-is-moving-from-georgia-to-ohio-state" target="_blank">Justin Fields</a> was near perfect in Ohio State’s opening game against Nebraska in the Shoe (20 or 21 for 276 yards). And he ran for 55 yards on the ground, often when the team needed him the most. Ohio State struggled on the ground in week 1, hopefully they find a way to get their backs open in some gaps to complement their passing game. The four backs (<a href="https://fryingpansports.com/oklahoma-graduate-transfer-running-back-trey-sermon/" target="_blank">Trey Sermon</a>, <a href="https://escoutroom.com/eScoutRoom/Articles/Articles-Detail/ArticleId/2836/Master-Teague-III-Has-Chosen-OSU" target="_blank">Master Teague</a>, <a href="https://www.efilmroom.com/Video-Vault/Video-Vault-Details/ArticleId/3064/Ohio-State-Football-Depth-Chart-For-The-Coming-NCAA-Football-Season-1" target="_blank">Steele Chambers</a> and <a href="https://fryingpansports.com/update-on-ohio-state-four-star-running-back-evan-pryor/" target="_blank">Xavier Johnson</a>) combined with Fields did add up to some decent yards, but there was not a dominate back.</p><p>Receiving was led by Garrett Wilson (129 yards and a touchdown) and Chris Olave (104 yards). With Julian Fleming, Jameson Williams, Jeremy Ruckert, Jaxson Smith-Njigba, and Luke Farrell also getting catches. Olave might miss this coming game with an injury.</p><h2>Justin Fields</h2><p>Fields needs to show his skills against good competition in the short season if he wants to be considered for the Heisman trophy. This nationally televised game is the perfect opportunity.</p><p>Going against Fields is Shaka Toney on the defensive line of Penn State. The Nittany Lions hope Toney can disrupt the Buckeye quarterback enough to keep them in the game.</p><div class="feedflare">

At 12pm in Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe) with no fans present, the Buckeyes will welcome the <a href="https://huskers.com/" target="_blank">Nebraska Cornhuskers</a> for a match-up that looks to be one-sided. Ohio State has the clear advantage with personnel and won last year’s game 48-7 with <a href="https://brutusreport.com/articles/latest/latest-articles-detail/articleid/3013/ohio-state-buckeyes-v-nebraska-cornhuskers-2019" target="_blank">Justin Fields</a> throwing 3 touchdowns and <a href="https://brutusreport.com/articles/latest/latest-articles-detail/articleid/2850/running-back-jk-dobbins-could-see-many-touches-in-ohio-state-opener" target="_blank">JK Dobbins</a> running for 177 yards. </p><h2>COVID 19</h2><p>There will be no band and the attendance is limited to the low 1000s. FOX will add crowd noise to the broadcast. Those favored to win this season haven’t always come out on top with the weird differences in each teams ability to train and get ready for games because of Covid 19. </p><h2>A look at Ohio State 2020</h2><p>There has been some talk about Ohio State not having great experience at corner back and not having the preseason games to prepare their new starters. Justin Fields is the difference maker, athletic and a really good passer, with an offensive line that has a number of returning starters and a great group of receivers. Plus <a href="https://brutusreport.com/articles/latest/latest-articles-detail/articleid/2960/ryan-days-2019-ohio-state-football-staff" target="_blank">Ryan Day</a> is good at getting his team ready for every game and has not given up a game like Urban Meyer sometimes did.</p><h2>Nebraska 2020</h2><p>Nebraska players to watch include quarterback <a href="https://twitter.com/martineztheqb" target="_blank">Adrian Martinez</a>. A dual threat quarterback that could give a young inexperienced defense trouble. The team’s up-tempo play calling could also be tricky as the Buckeyes try to find their way, the first time on the field this season. A 5-7 team in 2019, the are expected to lose by 26 points on Saturday.</p><div class="feedflare">

  Ohio State Football Schedule 2020

<p><a href="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-Ohio-State-Buckeye-Football-Schedule-202_144B1-OhioStateFootballSchedule2020_4.jpg"><img width="644" height="364" title="OhioStateFootballSchedule2020" style="display: inline; background-image: none;" alt="OhioStateFootballSchedule2020" src="https://brutusreport.com/Portals/0/DNNArticle/Files/1405/WLWimages/Open-Live-Writer-Ohio-State-Buckeye-Football-Schedule-202_144B1-OhioStateFootballSchedule2020_thumb_1.jpg" border="0"></a></p><p>When the Big 10 released their 2020 football schedule for the last time in the middle of September, Ohio State came out in a pretty good position. Nebraska on the other hand got a very difficult schedule. Some feel Nebraska’s tough schedule was punishment for the university openly being upset with the Big 10 over cancelling their Fall football season. They travel to Ohio State, play Wisconsin at home, travel to Northwestern and then have Penn State at home, not the easiest way to start a season. Ohio State is considered the favorite in the conference with the coaching staff and depth on their roster. Every team plays everyone in their division and then 2 games outside of their division.</p><p><strong>Ohio State vs Nebraska October 24th 12:00pm on FOX</strong></p><p><strong>Ohio State at Penn State October 31st</strong></p><p>Should be a huge matchup on Halloween with Penn State looking like the 2nd best team in the conference. Whoever wins will be on their way to a conference championship.</p><p><strong>Ohio State vs Rutgers November 7th</strong></p><p>Some have speculated that this game will not happen with New York and New Jersey having more Covid 19 lockdowns that other parts of the country.</p><p><strong>Ohio State at Maryland November 14th</strong></p><p><strong>Ohio State vs Indiana November 12st</strong></p><p>No road game to Indiana this year as the Hoosiers come to Columbus. Fans will be disappointed since they usually travel and sell out the stadium, turning it into the Horseshoe.</p><p><strong>Ohio State at Illinois November 28th</strong></p><p><strong>Ohio State at Michigan State December 5th</strong></p><p>Two road games in a row isn’t great and Michigan State at times has given the Buckeyes trouble.</p><p><strong>Michigan at Ohio State December 12th on FOX</strong></p><p>The big rivalry happening at the end of the season will draw lots of attention nationwide. Hopefully games are not postponed during the schedule causing issues for this big event. No break between the final game and the Big Ten Championship Game.</p> <iframe width="927" height="522" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/P1YtZwJYZMY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture"></iframe> <h3>[BREAKING] Justin Fields SHOCKED Big Ten Releases 2020 Fall Football Schedule</h3><div class="feedflare">

The <a href="https://www.susd.org/Saguaro" target="_blank">Scottsdale Arizona Saguaro</a> product is considered the 8th best athlete in the class nationally and the 3 best player in the state for that year.
