Austin Stogner Oklahoma Transfer for 2022


Austin Stogner is leaving Oklahoma as head coach Lincoln Riley leaves for USC. The product of the Prestonwood Christian High School in Plano, Texas has spent the last three years with the Sooners, being the third tight end on the depth chart after coming out of high school as a top 3 recruit at the position.

Stogner is 6-6 235 lbs. and was a four star player when he left high school. The 3rd best tight end in the country and the 19th best prospect in Texas according to recruiting services.

Currently Ohio State and South Carolina are recruiting him to transfer to their programs.

Austin Stogner Crystal Ball Prediction

Trey Scott came out first with a prediction that Stogner would end up in South Carolina. This week Bill Kurelic and Chris Hummer both put in predictions that he was headed to Ohio State.

All American Bowl Roster

Stogner was on the Army All American Bowl roster in 2019 and the Opening Finals roster the same year.

Stogner Stats

As a freshman Stogner had 7 catches in 14 games for 66 yards and a couple of touchdowns. In 2020, he had 26 receptions for 422 yards and 3 touchdowns. 2021, saw a drop in production as he caught 14 passes over 12 games for 166 yards and 3 touchdowns.
